Service Description
Your chance to have a chat about what changes you'd like to make, how you'd like to feel, and which of my packages might be best for you. It's also your opportunity to ask me any burning questions, and for us both to get to know each other a bit, so that we know if we're a good fit for working together. If we decide not to work together, I will happily suggest other therapists who might be a better fit, and will gladly offer any other support I can. I'm in the business of helping people, after all!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We look forward to supporting your wellness journey. Please ensure that payment is made upon booking, or at least within 48 hours of the session taking place to secure your chosen session time. Bookings that remain unpaid past this time may be cancelled to free up the time for others. For any multi-session programmes, please book all the sessions for that programme at the same time. These may be changed within the time limits outlined above. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, including for the free-of-charge discovery call. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time will receive a full refund or can be transferred to a future date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, the service is considered fully delivered, and absolutely no refunds will be issued.
