Service Description
You may be managing the day-to-day of your life well, juggling commitments and keeping the plates spinning. Yet, something feels 'off'. Maybe you're facing changes at work, managing a challenging situation with a friend, partner or child, or perhaps you're wanting to get clarity on something that's on your mind. You'd like a safe space to talk it through, gain some perspective and that special Sarah magic, and of course, go away with your own remedy mix to help you take the next steps. Bach Flower Remedies are essences made from a total of 38 individual flowers. Each flower helps with a certain emotional state, or state of mind, and during a consultation lasting around an hour, you'll be guided to talk through the issues you are currently experiencing, so that your own, unique mix can be made. Bloom is a single, hour-long session which may be delivered in person at the calm and welcoming Wisdom Wellbeing therapy room, or online, by video link. For online sessions, please use the 'Add-On' button when booking, so that your bespoke remedy can be posted out to you. I aim to post all remedies within 2 days of the session taking place.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy We look forward to supporting your wellness journey. Please ensure that payment is made upon booking, or at least within 48 hours of the session taking place to secure your chosen session time. Bookings that remain unpaid past this time may be cancelled to free up the time for others. For any multi-session programmes, please book all the sessions for that programme at the same time. These may be changed within the time limits outlined above. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, including for the free-of-charge discovery call. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment time will receive a full refund or can be transferred to a future date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), are non-refundable. Once a session has taken place, the service is considered fully delivered, and absolutely no refunds will be issued.
